REPRESENTATION: California Ticket King (hereinafter “Attorney”) agrees to represent Client in the above referenced infraction case in exchange for the above stated fee.
AUTHORITY OF ATTORNEY: Client hereby authorizes Attorney and Attorney’s agents and employees to appear at all court appearances on behalf of client, enter a plea of not guilty or guilty, negotiate a settlement with the government, and otherwise represent Client based on Attorney’s professional judgment on the above referenced case.
EMAIL UPDATES: Client understands and agrees that Attorney will update Client on the status of the case, including final outcome and further instructions, by email. Client further agrees to regularly check his or her email during the pendency of the case and respond to Attorney requests.
NOTICE TO APPEAR: Client agrees to provide Attorney with a copy of the Notice to Appear on the above mentioned citation prior to the first court date or trial date if client has already been arraigned. Client may provide a copy of the notice to appear via email, fax, mail, or in person.
WARRANTIES: Nothing in this Agreement and nothing in Attorneys’ statements to Client will be construed as a promise or guarantee about the outcome of the matter. All such statements are opinion of Attorneys’ only.
PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS: Client agrees to make payments toward the fee as described above and understands that Attorney will automatically charge client’s credit or debit card on the dates payments are due.
FEE DEPOSITING: Client understands and agrees that the fee is not deposited into a trust account.
PAYMENT PROCESSING: Client authorizes Attorney to process fee using a third party payment processor
FEE SPLIT: Client understands that Attorney fee is shared with its Attorneys.
NONREFUNDABLE FEE: The fee is nonrefundable.
CHARGEBACK AND REFUNDS: In the event we receive without prior notice that a chargeback is to occur we will contest such chargeback. Client may request a refund id no court contact has occurred. This refund is subject to the assigned attorney's discretion.
